We operate out of Wayne, PA, and our mobile service covers Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, Newtown Square (with some exceptions), Villanova, Radnor, St. Davids, Wayne, Strafford, Daylesford, Paoli, Berwyn, Devon, and Malvern (with some exceptions). The ZIP codes covered are 19010, 19073 (with some exceptions), 19085, 19087, 19301, 19312, 19333, and 19355 (with some exceptions). Travel surcharges apply for any area not listed here (see the Pricing page for details). Please note, we do NOT service Philadelphia.

Services

Below is a sampling of the main services we provide, though it is by no means exhaustive. We will always do our best to accommodate your notarization needs.

Certifying or attesting copies or depositions. This process gives legitimacy to document copies and depositions which will render them acceptable to third parties as being genuine.

Taking acknowledgement. This is basically a declaration a person makes to a notary that he or she has willingly signed an affidavit.

Administering oaths and affirmations. This pretty much speaks for itself. An oath or affirmation is a solemn promise of truthfulness, which is given the force of law when administered by a notary.

Verifying on oaths or affirmations. This is when an individual signs or swears that certain written statements are true.

Witnessing or attesting signatures. Again, this speaks for itself. It’s when a formal confirmation is needed that a signature was made by the person identified as the signer.

Noting protests of negotiable instruments. You don’t want to know what this is, and it’s doubtful you would ever have need of this service!

Notarizing miscellaneous documents such as leases, affidavits, declarations and so on.

Real estate and loan closings.

Special treatment of I-9
I-9 verification service can be provided but it will not be notarized. The notary will sign as the employer’s authorized representative, not as a notary public, and will not notarize a separate statement or certificate pertaining to verification of the I-9. This is to comply with PA state regulations. For further information, please review this document provided by the PA Department of State.

eNotary

We are a Pennsylvania-approved eNotary. We can electronically notarize your documents! eNotary replaces the physical seal with an electronic version, but the parties still must be physically present. Please contact us for further information.

Remote Online Notary

Remote online notary service (RON) should not be confused with eNotary service. With RON, the parties do not have to be physically present, and the notarization can be performed entirely online. Main Line Notary is an approved RON provider and we are happy to offer remote notary service.

Notary Signing Agent
