Book An Appointment

Please be aware of the following:

  – Credit card information must be provided to make an appointment. Your card information will be stored securely in accordance with industry standards and the card will not be charged except for the reasons below. Upon completion of service you may use any acceptable form of payment, not necessarily the card supplied when making the appointment.

  – Once the notary begins travel to your appointment, service & local travel charges of $50 (plus any quoted travel surcharge) will be due and payable even if your document(s) cannot be notarized for any reason (other than the fault of the notary). This will be charged to the credit card you provide here.

  – A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card you provide here for cancellations less than one hour before your appointment.
