Mobile Notary Service: $57 for in-person notary service at your location. Includes 1 document. Additional documents $5 each. This service is for regular documents only, NOT for real estate closings/loan settlements/deed packages/mortgage refinancing, vehicle titles or other specialized cases.
Repeat Mobile Notary Service (non-commercial customers only): $42 for a repeat appointment within 14 days of a prior appointment. Includes 1 document. Additional documents $5 each. This service is for regular documents only, NOT for real estate closings/loan settlements/deed packages/mortgage refinancing, vehicle titles or other specialized cases.
Travel surcharge: $1.50 per mile outbound if destination not listed in our service area or below.
eNotarization: $12 added to Mobile Notary Service or Repeat Mobile Notary Service
Remote Online Notary (RON) service: $60 for 1 participant and document, $10 each additional participant and/or document in the same session.
Fair and reasonable pricing for superior notarial services!
In Pennsylvania, basic fees for specified notarial acts are prescribed by the Commonwealth. However, Pennsylvania notaries are free to charge reasonable administration and travel fees in addition to the state-prescribed fees.
Please note:
1. All fees on this page are for service during regular service hours of 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For service outside of these hours a $15 surcharge applies.
2. For residential service addresses, payment is required at time of service. For non-residential service addresses, payment is required in advance.

Vehicle Titles
Vehicle titles are $57 for the first title, $5 for each additional title notarized during the same appointment. Buyer and seller must be present with current IDs. Please note that only notary service is provided, not temporary registrations or vehicle tags. For temporary registrations and vehicle tags you will need to visit a PennDOT agent.
Mortgages, Deed Packages, Other Real Estate Documents
Documents related to real estate are priced differently from above. For individuals, there is a flat fee of $85, which covers only notary service, all documents (1 copy, additional copies $5 per notarized document) and in-area travel, but NOT copying, scanning, faxing, courier services, funds handling and wiring, or any other services. For business entities (e.g., lenders, title companies etc.) please contact us for pricing.
Apostilles
Standard service: $75 plus $15 per document. Includes USPS 2-day ground delivery with tracking. Expedited mail/shipping extra according to carrier charges. This service can take up to three weeks or more at busy times of the year, but in normal circumstances is usually completed within about one week.
Expedited service: Same day for documents provided by 11:00 AM on business days; next business day for documents provided after 11:00 AM on business days or on weekends and holidays. $250 + $15 per document. Service subject to availability.
