As such, I am a public official commissioned by the state and bound by laws that hold me accountable for properly identifying signers, taking acknowledgments, administering oaths and maintaining records in the performance of notarial acts.
In addition to the above credentials, I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent for loans and mortgages, and am also a member of the National Notary Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN).
