Please be aware of the following:
– Credit card information must be provided to make an appointment. Your card information will be stored securely in accordance with industry standards and the card will not be charged except for the reasons below. Upon completion of service you may use any acceptable form of payment, not necessarily the card supplied when making the appointment.
– You may be charged $52 if you cancel your appointment less than one hour in advance or if the notarization cannot be completed for any reason that is not the fault of the notary.  Any quoted travel charges will also apply (on a pro rata basis) if the notary has begun travel to your appointment. Any charges described here will be applied to the credit card you provide here.
